Jon leads RKON’s technology architecture and product lifecycle practice, developing and executing the company’s technology thought leadership. He is our spokesperson on the most strategic technology initiatives, interacting and influencing customers and partners alike. Jon partners closely with Finance, Sales, and Operations for maximum business goal alignment. Jon continues to lead and expand our Centers of Excellence across our Services Organization with the goal of growing Managed Services and enabling delivery of the company’s products and services through them. Before joining RKON in 2008, Jon was at Fiserv as a part of their Technology Services team delivering network and security solutions to Fiserv business units and external customers.
