Inside Sales

  • Prospect for new clients by networking, cold calling, emailing, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. There is a focus on targeting Private Equity Investors.
  • Identify potential clients and the decision makers within the client organization. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging network. Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Develop, manage, and execute internal sales goals in CRM with minimal oversight.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing aspects of AgileCRM, our CRM system, including contact intelligence, report and dashboard creation, and client and prospect segmentation.
  • Develop automation tools within AgileCRM.
  • Support business development and strategic initiatives through reporting, analyzing pipeline trends and working with leaders across the firm to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Leverage network of prospected clients to facilitate meetings with RKON sales team.
  • Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions, products and services to clients.
  • Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
  • Present to and consult with mid- and senior-level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Collaboratively work with the marketing team to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
  • Leverage the company’s goal and purpose to enhance the company’s performance. 
  • Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
  • At least 2 years of inside sales or marketing experience. This includes Networking, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Territory Management, and Market Knowledge.
  • 2+ years working with CRM system
  • Experience collaborating with both internal resources and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.
  • Experience presenting to and coordinating senior level meetings, including preparation of agendas, documenting meeting minutes, sending out documents to attendees.
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships within and between teams.
  • Travel up to 10%.

  • Professional exposure to private equity.
