William Gardner
Chief Operating Officer
Bill Gardner serves as RKON’s Chief Operating Officer. Joining the RKON team in 2020, he focuses on IT Strategic Planning and Execution, Application Management Services, and Carve-Outs/Transition Service Agreements (TSA).
As a technology-centered leader with an extensive knowledgebase, Bill holds a variety of competencies in organizational transformation through technology. Through his experience, Bill has focused on software and product development, including data warehouse and business intelligence solutions.
Before joining RKON, Bill served as the CIO of The Results Companies, a global BPO organization. In this role, Bill worked to define and implement the company’s vision and strategy through technology-driven growth, striving to improve productivity and efficiency in all client engagements. Bill has also held leading roles at Barclays, Merrill Lynch, AllianceBernstein, Nomura, and Fidelity Investments.
Bill holds a bachelor’s degree from Brown University in Engineering and Business Economics.
