RKON’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Tuan Anh (Anh), has over a decade of experience in legal practice. Anh oversees all legal aspects of RKON and chairs numerous committees such as Diversity and Inclusion, Ethics, Risks, & Compliance and Anti-Corruption. Anh leads the organizational structure program to strengthen corporate core values, innovative and rewarding culture, talent strategy and HR labor & privacy compliance.
Anh has worked primarily in the finance and banking industry with focus on M&A, private equity and hedge funds ranging from global financial institution Northern Trust, large and boutique law firms including Baker & McKenzie Vietnam, Schwartz New York City to small and mid-sized companies. While working for Northern Trust for almost six years in the Risk Management and Global Compliance department, he also served on the Global Product Risk Review Committee.
Anh has received a Master of Laws and Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Anh has been admitted to New York State Bar Association full license and Illinois State Bar Association as House Counsel. He has also received a certification in Privacy Law and Data Protection with Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
