With over three decades of experience leveraging disruptive technologies, Paul creates highly successful P&L results in his role as Chief Technology Officer, Enterprise at RKON. A multi-dimensional, hands-on digital leader who has held the senior roles of CTO, CIO, CISO, CMO, and CEO in addition to co-founding multiple FinTech, Healthcare, and Life Sciences start-ups, Paul’s expertise is addressing the functional intersection of risk mitigation through the integration of cybersecurity, DevSecOps, PKI, and Identity and Access Management (IAM) across the Cloud and mobile platforms.
He is regularly invited to provide expert testimony to the United States DOJ, DEA, HHS, EU ETSI, and the EMEA and to such organizations as the Markle Foundation on Identity and Access Management, PKI, distributed ledger technology and distributed computing, brand protection, physical authentication, IIoT, IoT, Cloud, 5G and Edge Computing. He earned his BS in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and graduated from Deerfield Academy.
