Jaime Sguerra
Managing Director, Private Equity and Software Engineering
Jaime Sguerra leads RKON’s Private Equity Software Engineering practice. For the last 36 years, Jaime has been leading and managing Information Technology departments for Fortune 200 organizations and supporting the technology needs of Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies. Jaime has extensive experience setting technology strategy, executing on large-scale projects, building and managing on- and off-shore teams and leading diverse technology operations areas. Jaime has built consulting organizations that support the software engineering needs of Private Equity portfolio companies and has had high-level strategic roles at MetLife, Guardian Life Insurance and AIG.
Jaime has a Systems Engineering (5-year program) degree from Universidad Piloto de Colombia, with post-graduate work at NYU and at the Wharton School of Business.
