A Managing Director in our Private Equity Advisory Services practice, Bruce Bothwell, has over 30 years of experience in all areas of technology enablement including IT strategic planning, ERP implementation, business process transformation, IT governance & compliance, data analytics, cybersecurity, risk management and systems integration. Bruce has worked with multiple private equity firms in due diligence, diagnostics and planning, operational and technology improvements, and carve-outs.
Through his years of experience, Bruce has held Partner and Managing Director roles at organizations such as PwC, IBM, BearingPoint and RealFoundations serving clients in the technology, consumer product, manufacturing and financial services industries, as well as CIO positions in Consumer Products and Financial Services. These experiences have given him the ability to identify technology opportunities impacting performance and transform these into tangible, value-creating solutions. A hands-on leader, Bruce works with clients defining their key business strategies and delivering technology solutions that drive value in all areas of their business.
Bruce received a Masters degree in Business Administration from Cornell University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pomona College. Bruce has also completed advance studies in Data Science at UCLA and holds a Certificate in Data Processing from the Computer Processing Institute.
