The Information We Collect: When you register with us through our website, or conduct other activities on our site such as requesting information, requesting an online product demo or registering for a webcast, we will ask you for personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”). This is information that can be used to contact or identify you and includes your name, title, company name, business address, email address, telephone number, preferred means of communication and other information voluntarily provided. When you visit our site, our servers may automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website, such as your computer’s IP address, the pages of our site that you have accessed, the time spent on those pages and the information you search for.

We use security measures, such as firewalls and Secure Sockets Layer (“SSL”) software, to safeguard the confidentiality of our users’ personally identifiable information. Information we collect about our users is stored on secured servers. However, “perfect security” does not exist. No portion of our site is directed toward Minors (individuals below the age of 18). We do not knowingly solicit or collect any information about Minors.
Correction/Updating Personal Information
If your Personal Information changes, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct or update the data you provided to us. This can usually be done at the registered user information page or by sending an email to email@example.com. If you no longer desire RKON Technologies services and would like us to remove your information in our system, please contact us and we will attempt to accommodate your request provided we do not have a legal obligation to retain the information.
