All systems will be monitored using RKON’s DEFKON service. Our DEFKON service provides device monitoring and alerts based on CPU, memory and disk space utilization as well as temperature, service and availability. In addition to monitoring, DEFKON services also include full log aggregation and correlation across all managed devices. These features allows RKON Managed Services personnel to quickly determine network anomalies and take corrective action in addition to providing access and reporting to our customers:
