Lifecycle Knowledgebase
We have developed a knowledgebase of best practices and methods across a broad base of technologies. Our methods follow a standard through our application of quality control systems, certification, and the RKON practice method. We apply the Research & Development from our performance lab where we test and experiment to see if technologies work together or not together. We apply the knowledge gained from our strategic partnerships with industry technology vendors, including our access to early release software, roadmaps so we know what coming, access to the developers is. We understand how well technologies are managed and tap into that knowledge when recommending solution. We actually have experts that do nothing but debug and support and because everything we implement we can support. All of this information comprises our lifecycle knowledgebase that is continually growing and evolving as new technologies and business cases emerge.
How do we leverage our lifecycle knowledgebase for clients?
- Lower project cost: RKON can typically leverage a larger portion of existing investment lowering the ROI threshold for the project. RKON can often solve problems or enable solutions outside of the project often using the project funding to solve unrelated challenges or initiatives.
- Reduced risk of project: RKON can often educate the client in advance of decisions the functional and operation impact of those substitutions.
- Reduced Network Complexity: RKON will often find consolidation opportunities in the infrastructure to simplify the network and number of devises by taking multiple disparate needs and essentially “killing two birds with one stone.”
