RKON Value: In the Design Process

• Present the RKON Reference Architecture (Ideal Design) specific to the client’s project.
• Identify functional/technical/financial gap between client’s current state and RKON Reference Architecture.
• Collaborate with client to determine high-level design balancing 1) Existing IT Infrastructures and Legacy Investment; 2) Existing IT staff/ technical capabilities; and 3) Existing financial/ROI restraints.
• Educate client on cost/compatibility/risk factors between leveraging current legacy environment and proposed ideal design (RKON Reference Architecture).
• Test/POC significant deviations from RKON Reference Architecture leveraging RKON performance lab.
• Submit budgetary design including work effort, timeline, parts list.
