Part of RKON’s success is built upon providing support and managed services for nearly 120 customers. We offer Certified Customer Support on behalf of many manufacturers as an alternative to going direct. Many of RKON’s contracts are with Fortune 1000 environments that prefer a multi-vendor integrator that offers end-to-end lifecycle services with visibility to key software and hardware manufacturers.
