In 1998, co-founders Jeff Mullarkey and Marc Malizia started RKON as a Citrix/Security Services firm designed to help clients leverage the internet as a lower cost option to deploy applications.  Our mission has always been around bringing innovative technologies and strategies to our clients in a proven and low risk method.  While we’ve grown and morphed over the years, our passion around early adoption, innovation and high quality design and implementation has become the cornerstone of our culture.

Meaning Behind the Name RKON

The meaning behind the name RKON, is Remote KONnectivity (connectivity with a k). Since our founding, we have helped hundreds of clients design and implement scalable, secure, high availability business application environments to meet the ever changing requirements of a mobile workforce and remote locations.
